KASKINA Concierge

1. Booking, Deposit, + Payment Authorization

Card on File: A valid credit card must be kept on file to secure all appointments. By booking, the client authorizes Kaskina Concierge to securely save this payment method and automatically charge it for deposits, balances, and applicable fees.

Payment Schedule: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance for all services rendered will be charged to the card on file within 72 hours following the completion of the treatment.

VIP Private Clients: All treatment plans require an initial investment before deployment. Payment schedules for vip private clients are agreed upon on an individual basis at treatment strategy.

2. Cancellation, Rescheduling, + No-Show Policy

Because concierge travel requires significant logistical planning, adherence to our cancellation policy is strictly enforced.

For Individuals:
Reschedule more than 4 hours prior to appointment to avoid penalty.
Within 4 hours of appointment, incur a reschedule fee of $50 + travel costs (if en route).
Cancel more than 48 hours prior to appointment time to avoid penalty.
Cancellations within 24-48 hours of scheduled appointment will forfeit deposit.
For cancellations less than 24 hours of scheduled appointments will be charged for 100% of service total.

For Large Groups + Events:
Cancellations 7+ days prior to scheduled event recieve a full refund.
Cancellations less than 7 days of scheduled event will forfeit deposit.
Cancellations within 3 days of scheduled event will be charged 100% of service total.

3. Travel & Location Logistics

Travel Radius: Concierge services include travel within a 25-mile radius of assigned clinician. KASKINA always assigns your personal esthetician based on location, availability, and speciality, unless otherwise requested.

Exemption:
All travel and standard rescheduling fees are waived for active Private Clients currently enrolled in a KASKINA Treatment Protocol

4. Environmental & Safety Standards

Sanitation Requirements: In accordance with Florida state regulations, esthetic services must be performed in a clean, safe, and sanitary environment. It is your responsibility to ensure your professional has a clean environment to safely transform into your personal sanctuary.

Right of Refusal: If KASKINA staff arrives and determines the environment is unsanitary, unsafe, or unsuitable for clinical esthetic services, KASKINA reserves the right to cancel the appointment immediately. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances.

There are absolutely NO exceptions.

5. Liability, Waiver, & Medical Disclaimer

Full Disclosure: Clients must disclose all medical conditions, allergies, current medications, and recent procedures prior to treatment.

Assumption of Risk: The client acknowledges that esthetic treatments carry inherent risks, including but not limited to redness, irritation, or allergic reactions. By proceeding, the client completely waives KASKINA Concierge and its estheticians of any liability for adverse reactions occurring from undisclosed information or standard physiological responses to clinical treatments.

KASKINA Virtual

1. Virtual Consultations & Protocol Commitments

Deposit & Crediting: A deposit is required to book a Virtual Skin Assessment. This deposit is entirely credited toward the purchase of your custom Kaskina Skincare Protocol, provided the cart total meets a minimum of $150.00.

Cancellations: Virtual consultations cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the initial deposit.

Rescheduling: Virtual appointments may be rescheduled up to 2 hours in advance without penalty.

2. Skin Analysis & Clinical Disclaimer

Not Medical Advice: The KASKINA Virtual Skin Assessment, including any AI-driven scanning technology, is for cosmetic and educational purposes only. It is not a medical device, nor does it replace a medical diagnosis, treatment, or consultation with a board-certified dermatologist.

Accuracy of Information: The efficacy of your virtual protocol relies entirely on the accuracy of the photos and information you provide. The client agrees to provide unedited, clear photos and truthful medical histories.

3. Protocol Application & At-Home Compliance

Adherence to Clinical Direction: Clinical-grade skincare contains active ingredients that require strict adherence to professional instructions. The client agrees to follow the exact usage instructions provided in their KASKINA Protocol.

Product Mixing: The client agrees to consult with their KASKINA esthetician before introducing any outside products into their custom regimen. KASKINA is not liable for chemical burns, barrier damage, or adverse reactions caused by combining our protocols with unapproved third-party products.

4. E-Commerce, Shipping & Dropshipping

Fulfillment: Kaskina Virtual utilizes direct-from-manufacturer dropshipping for certain medical-grade items to ensure maximum product efficacy and shelf-life.

Returns: Due to the clinical nature and sanitary requirements of medical-grade skincare, all protocol product sales are final. We do not accept returns on opened or shipped products.

How does a Virtual Skin Assessment actually work?

It is a three-step clinical process. First, you upload clear, unedited photos of your skin to our secure portal. Second, our next generation skin analysis technology scans for underlying concerns (like invisible UV damage or pore congestion) while our clinical team reviews your medical history. Finally, we meet on Zoom to discuss your results and unlock your custom protocol.
